This page explains how Lubbock TX Foundation Repair (lubbocktxfoundationrepair.com) makes money. The site serves homeowners in Lubbock, TX, and across Lubbock and Hockley Counties.

What we are. Lubbock TX Foundation Repair is a referral and marketing website. This site is not a contractor and does no foundation work. It does not inspect homes, repair or level foundations, or fix drainage. You will not get a price, a bid or a contract from us. We also take no part in insurance claims.

Where your request goes. A request sent through our form goes to one independent local foundation repair company. That company reaches out to you, inspects the home, prepares any estimate and carries out the work you agree to. It is a separate business that we do not employ, supervise or name.

How the site is paid. The foundation repair company pays this site for each referral it receives through us. That money keeps the site running. Homeowners never pay us anything, either now or down the road. Nor do we give homeowners anything of value: no gift cards, rebates, discounts, credits or help with a deductible.

What the payment does not mean. This is a paid marketing arrangement, not a recommendation. It does not make the company better than others in the area. You are free to get more estimates or to turn down any offer. Our cost ranges and Texas rule summaries are there so you can judge every offer the same way, no matter who makes it.

No other ties. We are not affiliated with any other business that uses a name like ours, with the City of Lubbock, or with any college or university.

Questions. If something here is unclear, send a note from the contact page that starts with "website question". Texas law governs this disclosure.
