Lubbock TX Foundation Repair (lubbocktxfoundationrepair.com) is a website for homeowners in Lubbock, TX, and the rest of Lubbock and Hockley Counties. We run it as a marketing and referral business, and we are not a foundation repair contractor. Below you can read what personal details we collect, the reasons we collect them, and who receives them.
Details you share. The request form has room for your name, a preferred contact method, where the house is (a street address or just the part of town), and a short note on the cracks, doors or floors that caught your eye. Skip anything the form does not ask about, such as bank or card numbers, medical facts or insurance policy details. We have no use for sensitive data like that, and we do not keep it.
Who receives a request. We pass every repair request to a single independent local foundation repair company and nowhere else. No other business, person or mailing list gets it. That company reads your details and gets in touch about the home. Notes marked "website question" are handled by us and never forwarded. From that point on, the company's own privacy rules govern your details, and it can tell you how it protects them.
Storage and deletion. No phone number is listed anywhere on this site. Our hosting provider holds each form request so we can hand it to the company. It is erased automatically after 90 days.
Never sold. We do not sell, rent, trade or swap anyone's personal information. Nothing you send is added to a marketing list or handed to advertisers.
Technical logs. Like most websites, ours may keep brief server records, such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed, to keep things secure and running.
Your options. Curious what we have on file for you, or want it gone ahead of the 90-day mark? Use the contact page and open your note with "website question". Children under 13 are not the audience here, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
Updates. If we revise this policy, the new date goes at the top. This policy is governed by Texas law.
